Breakfast salad! This was so delicious and exactly what I was craving ☀️

• Chicken breakfast sausage patty @traderjoes (tastes like Thanksgiving)
• Roasted red kabocha squash
• Sliced figs
• Roasted sunflower seeds
• Pumpkin vinaigrette
• Romaine lettuce
• Hard boiled egg

My goal was to have a lighter breakfast filled with protein + something refreshing. Normalize the breakfast salad! I'll definitely be making this again.

✨ There's nothing quite like eating out of one of a kind, handmade ceramic dishes.

8 minute boiled eggs on a @wasausa lite rye racker with @boursincheese, spinach leaves, thinly sliced @bubbiespickles dill pickles, salt and pepper. Simple and perfect.

Served on a speckled ‘honey’ plate, handmade by yours truly. Because food tastes better on artisan stoneware.
